Jab Shooting Series
Overview: You will shoot the same jab series from the five major spots (corner, wing, top, wing, corner) and two different distances (15ft and 3pt line). Focus on making the jab at game speed and finding your balance before shooting.
Jab Series: There are 5 different jabs you will make: straight jab (jab straight forward), diagonal jab (jab diagonally to the side opposite your pivot foot), side jab (jab directly to the side), cross body jab (jab diagonally over your pivot foot), and cross body step over/return step (you will step over to the same spot as a cross body jab while moving the ball over your head into a driving position, then step back to your starting point, rip the ball back into your shooting pocket and shoot).
Directions: Complete the jab series (make 5 shots off of each jab) from the five spots at 15ft. Make sure to do it with your right foot pivot and left foot pivot. Then, complete the series again from behind the 3pt line.

Damian Lillard 3 Point Shooting
Overview: This is a great shooting drill that incorporates pull up and off the dribble 3s. You will make at least 10 of each shot but can make as many as you want.
Instructions: Set up a chair three to four feet behind the 3pt line at the top of the key. You will dribble off of this chair (like its setting a brush screen for you), working on different kinds of 3s off the bounce.
Shot 1: The first shot is dribbling into a 1-2 step 3 where you step left-right into your shot. You will start on the left side of the court and dribble with your right hand (on a diagonal line) off of the chair into your pull up 3.
Shot 2: The second shot is dribbling into a 1-2 step 3 where you step right-left into your shot. You will start on the right side of the court and dribble with your left hand (on a diagonal line) off of the chair into your pull up 3.
Shot 3: The third shot is dribbling into a quick jump stop 3. You will start on the left side of the court and dribble with your right hand (on a diagonal line) off of the chair into your pull up 3.
Shot 4: The fourth shot is dribbling into a quick jump stop 3. You will start on the right side of the court and dribble with your left hand (on a diagonal line) off of the chair into your pull up 3.
Shot 5: The fifth shot is dribbling into a 1-2 step pump fake 3 where you step left-right into your shot. You will start on the left side of the court and dribble with your right hand (on a diagonal line) off of the chair into your pull up 3. After you plant your left foot and step in with your right you will pump fake, then shoot.
Shot 6: The sixth shot is dribbling into a 1-2 step pump fake 3 where you step right-left into your shot. You will start on the right side of the court and dribble with your left hand (on a diagonal line) off of the chair into your pull up 3. After you plant your right foot and step in with your left you will pump fake, then shoot.
Shot 7: The seventh shot is dribbling into a quick jump stop pump fake 3. You will start on the left side of the court and dribble with your right hand (on a diagonal line) off of the chair into your pull up 3. After you land in your jump stop, you will pump fake and then shoot.
Shot 8: The eighth shot is dribbling into a quick jump stop pump fake 3. You will start on the right side of the court and dribble with your left hand (on a diagonal line) off of the chair into your pull up 3. After you land in your jump stop, you will pump fake and then shoot.
Shot 9: The ninth shot is a step back 3. You will start on the left side of the court and dribble with your right hand (on a diagonal line) off of the chair into your step back. That means you will push off of your left foot to step back into your shot off of 2 feet.
Shot 10: The tenth shot is a step back three. You will start on the right side of the court and dribble with your left hand (on a diagonal line) off of the chair into your step back. That means you will push off of your right foot to step back in your shot off of 2 feet.

Curl Shooting Series
Overview: This is a shooting drill that will help you shoot better when curling off of a screen. This dribble works best with a partner so you have a passer.
Directions: Set up a cone or chair at each elbow. That will serve as your screener.
First Shot: Curl over the screen into a catch and shoot jumper. Use whatever footwork feels most comfortable for you, generally stepping into it with your inside foot is easiest. Make 10 going each way (cutting off of each elbow).
Second Shot: Curl over the screen, catch, and snake yourself back under the screener. That means you will catch, rip to the same side as the screen and take one or two diagonal dribbles into a pull up jumper (you will go under the screen). This should take you outside of the paint. Make 10 off of each elbow curl.
Third Shot: Curl over the screen, catch, and swim dribble across the key to pull up at the opposite elbow. It shouldn’t take more than two dribbles (ideally only one) to get to that opposite elbow. Make 10 off of each elbow curl.
Fourth Shot: Curl to the screen, catch and rip away behind the screen. You can either pull up off of the rip dribble or rip into a step back. Make 10 off of each elbow.
Making 10 of each of both sides will get you to 80 makes.
You can repeat the whole series with deeper shots by extending the cones to the 3 point line along the lane line extended.
